Liability Coverage

If a passenger in the insured vehicle is killed, disabled or injured as a result of a car accident, the following insurance claims may be possible.

Bodily injury coverage

If the insured, the insured’s family or other passengers in the vehicle are killed or injured as a result of a car accident, insurance will be paid (as outlined in the policy), irrespective of the driver’s negligence.

	Compensating for the damage caused by policy holder’s negligence
	e.g. if an accident occurs as you make a right turn, hitting an oncoming vehicle going straight ahead.

	You don’t have to wait for the outcome of the negotiations with the other party. You will receive a payout from your insurance, within the boundaries of the insured amount.

	Insurance claims
	The insurance amount to be paid will be the amount of actual loss, calculated within the boundary of the insured amount for each person.
