Coverage for willful damage to the vehicle (30,000 yen) will not apply if your vehicle is entitled to a an insurance payout covered by either
1) fixed price rental vehicle coverage (granting a fixed amount to be used for renting a replacement vehicle),
or 2) actual costs rental vehicle coverage (reimbursing you for actual costs incurred in renting a vehicle replacement). |

Your insurance policy covers you for damage to personal belongings contained, for example, in your trunk, resulting from collision, fire, theft, and other unforeseen accidents.

The amount of damages to be paid is calculated by the cost of replacing the goods with new items, minus the amount of depreciation based on the age of the items and their use. 5,000 yen is then deducted from this figure, representing the personal liability of the owner. |

The legal fee coverage service is applicable not only in the case of traffic accidents, it also covers you if you are involved in other unforeseen accidents causing death or injury, as well as damage to your possessions. It can be used to pay for the legal consultation fees and lawyer’s fees you incur when trying to seek your entitled legal damages from another party.

Living Cost Compensation Special Clauses
|
|
If the insured (in this case the policy purchaser) is injured and hospitalized for 15 days or more from an automobile accident or other unforeseen accidents, fixed monthly insurance will be paid according to the length of the hospitalization. This is to help compensate for necessary fixed monthly payments such as life insurance and home loan. (Maximum payment period 12 months). The customer may choose the fixed monthly insurance amount from 100,000 yen, 200,000 yen or 300,000 yen.
- Explanation of "Agreed Value Special Clauses"Please choose the fixed monthly insurance amount that is less than 40% your average monthly income. (If the fixed monthly insurance amount is deemed inappropriate, we may not be able to pay the amount.)
Note:
This special clause is not applicable for injuries sustained by the policyholder as a result of his/her occupation or during his/her work-hours.

Unauthorized Use of Payment Cards and Personal Information Special Clauses (i Secure)
Damage from unauthorized use of Payment Card, Personal Information
The following Compensation will be paid if you suffer monetary damage as a result of unauthorized use of personal information and payment card.
Example:
- Someone acquires your PIN number (security number) by illicit means and withdraws money using your credit card or loan card.
- Someone enter into an installment sales contact using your personal information such as address, name and birth date acquired by illicit means.
- Someone acquires personal information stored in your computer, and use it to wire money from your Internet banking account to another account.
Note:
"Payment Card" refers to cards and saving certificates including Bank Cash Cards, Credit Cards, Loan Cards, which are used to purchase items and rights, acquire services, burrow money and withdraw money from an account. It does not include prepaid vouchers including prepaid cards and cyber money.
Note:
Unauthorized use of Personal Information” is when a third party acquires personal information of the insured (person covered by the policy), and makes unauthorized use of it to inflict damage to the property of the insured (monetary damage). It does not include non-monetary infringement of rights such as breach of privacy.

ATM Robbery
Compensation will be paid for monetary damages and any injuries sustained if you are robbed after withdrawing money from ATM machines etc. (including bank counters).
Example:
Someone diverts your attention by telling you that you have something on your clothing, and meanwhile your wallet is taken in the process.
Someone sprays mace on you, and steals your bag containing your wallet.
Note:
"ATM Robbery" refers to money stolen within one hour after it is withdrawn from an ATM machine etc. (including bank counters).
